Questions
What counts as a site?
One address or pin. Several sites in the same NWS zone each count separately.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Your current plan stays in place until the end of the billing month, and the new plan starts after that. Billing is handled by Stripe.
What happens to history if I cancel?
It isn’t kept. When you cancel, your sites’ forecast history is deleted, so export anything you need first (Export CSV on each site’s history).
Do you offer annual billing?
No. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time. For more than 200 sites, contact us.
